about 700m from the festival venue (a 10-minute walk)
Accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the Fortuna sports hall. The hotel has small, cozy rooms, a 24-hour reception and parking (for a fee).

Accommodations
Price of accommodation
The price of accommodations is always listed for the entire stay and per room, meaning:
- Let It Roll Winter 2027: FRI 21. – SUN 24. 1. 2027 (2 nights)
The price is final and includes VAT and all fees.
Legend to the rooms
Maximum occupancy according to room specification:
- SGL – 1 person
- DBL – 2 persons, double bed
- TWN – 2 persons, twin beds
- TPL – 3 persons
- QDPL – 4 persons
- QTPL – 5 persons
- APT – apartment
There is no minimum number of persons.
What is included in the price?
Accommodation is offered with breakfast included in the price. Accommodation cannot be booked without breakfast.
What is not included in the price?
The price does not include parking. Parking can be requested in the supplementary information, but cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
Check in & Check out
Let It Roll Winter 2027:
Check-in is on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. to midnight; check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cancellation
Booked accommodation can be cancelled free of charge at least 1 month before the start of the stay, i.e.
- Let It Roll Winter 2027: till 22. 12. 2026
After this date, a cancellation fee of the full price of the accommodation applies. Guest name changes are possible after this date.
If you are interested in canceling, please contact us by email at info@bwxtravel.cz and provide your booking number. The refunded amount will be credited back to your bank account within approximately 14 days.
Reservation
Accommodation is booked at hotels on behalf of BWX Travel s.r.o. in the name of the guest specified in the booking. Information about specific guests will be sent to the hotels one month before the accommodation date.

Order
Accommodation confirmation
Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of all information. Please keep this email.
Payment options
You can pay for your accommodation booking:
- by entering your credit card information,
- by using Google Pay or Apple Pay. To use Google Pay or Apple Pay, you must have an active card saved in these services and use the correct browser (Google Chrome or Safari).
- by bank transfer
- through split payments, which allow you to split the total order amount into several payments and pay them off over time without any additional fees. You can read more about this method in this article.
Payment in thirds
With the “Split Payment” option, you can split your accommodation payment into three equal parts. There are no price increases or additional fees. Read the terms and conditions and learn how it works here.
Necessary documents
During the order process, you need to fill in the document number of the person making the order (ID card or passport). This document will also need to be presented at the hotel reception upon check-in.
Changing a guest's name
If you are unable to arrive after all, you may transfer your reservation to another guest no later than 48 hours before the start of your stay, i.e.:
- Let It Roll Winter 2027: till 20. 1. 2027
There is a fee of 150 CZK for this service. You can request the transfer directly from your NFCtron customer account, next to your order.
