Want to be sure of hotel accommodation for your chosen festival as soon as possible, but don’t want to pay the whole amount at once? We have a solution for you! We are launching a new payment method called “Split Payment”, which allows you to split your purchase into three parts without any increase in price.

This option applies to all hotels / the entire order.

 

How to do it? Step by step:

1. Select your accommodation.
2. Choice of payment method: In the shopping cart, select the option “Split payment”. You will see an exact breakdown of the three amounts and their due dates.
3. First payment: You will pay the first part, i.e. 1/3 of the price, immediately. This way your order is booked.
4. Subsequent payments: Two more payments are not automatic. Before each due date, you will receive a reminder email with a link to pay. You must click through the link and make the payment manually through the payment gateway.
5. Final payment: once you have paid the third and final instalment, you will receive a confirmation of full payment.

 

Please note:

• No extra fees: staggered payment is free. You pay no interest or increases, the price stays the same.
• Keep an eye on the dates: Each interim payment has a fixed deadline. If you do not make your payment on time, we will send you a total of 3 reminders (each after 48 hours). If you do not pay the amount after the third reminder, the order will be automatically canceled.
• Cancellation and refund: in the event of cancellation of an order due to non-payment, the already paid part of the payment will not be refunded.
• If you know that you will miss a payment deadline, please contact customer support in time at info@nfctron.com, they will be happy to help you postpone the payment date.

 

The staggered payment option will be active on the website until 24 June 2026, after which only standard payment methods will be available.
